World wide Outdoor Classroom Day

Today Ms. Young’s K/1 class decided to take their big buddy class, Mrs. Meyers 4/5 class, to their favourite forest area (Russell Creek) for World Outdoor Classroom day. The little buddies showed their big buddies their favourite play area and they worked together to create an ant and mouse community in the hula hoops. In the afternoon the big buddies planned 5 stations for the little buddies outside at the school. It was a fun sunny day outside!
