Wilderness Wednesday

Every Wednesday morning the K/1 classes at Erickson Elementary School in Creston go to the forest for their learning and exploring time. Today we went to Shukurski Park and the students were having a blast with the snails and water bugs that they were finding. They also went on a scavenger hunt and found nature items that were dry, wet, cold, warm, straight, and curly. One little boy found some bark and decided to put it in order from smallest to largest.
